If you are unsure whom to contact, email copyright@uwo.ca with a short description of your question or materials. You will receive an initial response within two business days.

Submitting Materials for Review

When requesting review or assistance, please include:

  • Course code or research project title
  • Intended use (e.g., lecture slides, website, thesis)
  • Description of the materials in question (e.g., article, image, video)
  • Whether the content will be public or limited to Western users

Attachments should not exceed 10 MB; provide cloud links for larger files.
